The deposition on the surface of the overheated component easily blocks various control orifices and makes them unable to work properly. High oil temperature also causes rubber seals and hoses to age prematurely, deteriorate, and reduce service life. Therefore, in the use of maintenance projects, the oil temperature should be controlled as much as possible so that it does not exceed the upper limit allowed above. The cause of the high oil temperature is analyzed as follows.

(1) Oil heating caused by large pressure loss
The pipeline has not been cleaned and maintained for a long time. The internal wall is attached with dirt or local blockage, which increases the resistance to oil flow and causes pressure loss. The use of hydraulic oil with excessive viscosity increases the load of the hydraulic pump and reduces the efficiency. The input power is low. A considerable part is converted to heat.

(2) Large volume loss causes heating of oil
Caused by the phenomenon of hydraulic pump, control valve, the wear of the cylinder and the joints are not strict sealing caused by internal and external leakage.

(3) Fluid heating caused by misadjustment of pressure control valve
